Behavior Policy

At Unplugged Gaming Camp, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment where all participants can have fun, learn, and build positive relationships. To ensure the well-being of all campers and staff, we have established the following behavior policy:

1. Respect and Cooperation: Campers are expected to treat others with kindness, respect, and consideration. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including bullying, teasing, or exclusionary actions, will not be tolerated.

2. Safety: Campers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by camp staff. This includes using equipment and materials responsibly, staying within designated areas, and refraining from any behavior that could pose a risk to themselves or others.

3. Participation: Campers are encouraged to participate fully in all camp activities and to engage with their peers and instructors in a positive manner. Active participation contributes to a rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone.

4. Communication: Campers should communicate openly and honestly with camp staff about any concerns or issues they may have. Staff members are here to support campers and will work to address any problems in a fair and timely manner.

5. Technology Use: Unplugged Gaming Camp promotes face-to-face interaction and creativity. Therefore, campers are asked to refrain from using electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or gaming consoles during camp hours, unless specifically authorized by camp staff for educational purposes.

6. Consequences: Violations of this behavior policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the camp program. The severity of the consequences will depend on the nature and frequency of the behavior, and will be determined at the discretion of camp staff.

Students and parents will each sign the Unplugged Gaming Camp Behavior Policy on the first day of camp.
